Teaching at Pioneers

Each year, Pioneers seeks creative, dedicated, and hardworking teachers for subjects including English (Grades 1-12), history, math, and science, as well as electives such as economics, business, and marketing. All classes are taught in English and are full-time positions. Experience is preferred but not necessary.

The most successful teachers at Pioneers are those that are flexible, innovative, and committed to creating unique educational opportunities for Palestinian students. We provide on-site training, and teachers work closely with a specific coordinator to develop skills continuously throughout the year.

We welcome applications from prospective teachers who are passionate about educating young people and who are excited about living in and exploring a new city and culture. Generally, international teachers stay between 1-3 years, depending on their career goals. There are also opportunities to take on additional roles and responsibilities at the school for returning teachers. We welcome dedicated staff who want to make an impact on the school and the community.
